According to an Amazon.com job posting, the company is hiring seasonal work-from-home customer service associates. The posting reads: This is our seasonal, work from home customer service associate position!

The position is seasonal to deal with increased demands during the upcoming holidays. The job pays $10 per hour and requires the person to work full-time for up to six months. During peak season (Thanksgiving through mid-January), workers may have also need to pick up more hours due to business demands, but the company said associates would work no more than 60 hours a week. Tennessee and Kentucky are two of 20 states the company is hiring out of — Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Virginia are the others.
